getting to know me

Hi, my name might not be familiar to you but don't be afraid, I'm a human; I eat, sleep (?), laugh and cry. I totally don't have any idea where my parents got my name because the way they spelled it was so weird. DHAYVE, yup it's the 'sassy' version of Dave. I'm the third child in the family and probably the cutest (no lies detected though).

I just turned 18 last may 17 and I'm currently living my life as a Humanities and Social Science student in Philippine Christian University Dasmariñas Campus. So far, the senior highschool life was not that easy as I've expected. Sleepless nights, emotional breakdowns, empty stomach, but thanks God, I finally found the love of my life—coffee (no hate, just palpitate). These are some of the usual things that I regularly encounter since I entered senior highschool.  Though SHS life was stressful, it is still somehow thrilling because I was able to meet new people with different narrative (timothy x nineveh ♡).

My life might look bland but I have this so-called 'talent'. I can draw! Back in 2014, I won the 7th place in Regional Schools Press Conference for competing in Editorial Cartooning (Elementary Level) and that was my greatest achievement so far. I also love editing pictures. When I was in my 10th grade, I was a layout artist on our school publication alongside with my talented peers, kryztal and hannah.

Furthermore, I love listening to female western acts specially Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato. These two beautiful and strong women have my heart. These two young and talented ladies are radiating positivity through their music—promoting body positivity, women empowerment, and most importantly self-love. This might sound too shallow but their music saved me through my darkest times, when no one was giving me a hand. Unfortunately, I can't personally thank them because I can't even afford to buy a concert ticket (but if you're kind, you can fund my concert ticket lol).
